During this promotion, rewards are only earned on gift cards. Bonus cash rewards cannot be redeemed until your order has been marked as completed.
For expedited processing, we recommend placing orders containing gift cards separately. We also recommend purchasing electronic gift cards as they will be released as soon as the promotion is over.
